Traditional Japanese chōji oil used for the preservation and protection of Japanese swords and similar reproduction swords and high-carbon steel blades.
This oil is the same formulation used in our workshop for post-polish care, routine maintenance, and long-term blade storage.
Applied sparingly with a soft cloth or uchiko powder, it provides excellent corrosion resistance while leaving a clean, refined clove fragrance.
A small amount is used per application; a single 20cc bottle will last a long time under normal maintenance use.
